This ESR Qi2 15W MagSafe Car Mount Charger truly impressed me. The magnet is extremely strong and holds my phone securely, even over bumps and turns. The charging performance is excellent — fast, reliable, and perfectly aligned every time thanks to the MagSafe design. Installation was simple, and the mount feels sturdy whether on the vent or dash. I’ve tried several car mount chargers over the years, and this one is by far one of the best. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, dependable MagSafe car charger.

This car mount is really nice and the build quality is super snazzy. The magnets are POWERFUL! The mount has two methods for attachment: the temporary one clips securely to an air vent, and the more permanent one is to use a 3M mounting strip to attach to the dash. For the air vent option, it is a little obstructing of the air vent, but in the Texas summer heat, it’s not a bad thing to have cold air blowing on a charging phone since that’s when the tend to overheat. A little worried about that option for winter though, because you shouldn’t really have hot air blowing on it, so I’d have to completely turn off that vent making it useless except to hold my phone. For the mounting version, I haven’t tried this out yet because I don’t know how my wife feels about making that permanent decision to attach something to her car (that we share, but I always drive for us). And it looks like you can only attach to a mostly horizontal surface instead of a vertical one because of the shape of the mount base. It will otherwise only allow you to tilt in three directions instead of four the way it is designed. I don’t know about having a phone obscuring the windshield… The supplied cord is nice, black rubbery, no frills, seems solid. Has a Velcro wrap on it that you can fully remove or replace on the cord if desired. The magnet (MagSafe compatible)! OMG! It is power and it hits me deep how satisfying the plop of the phone is hitting the mount (with MagSafe compatible case [using ESR one at the moment]). I don’t always use it to charge because my car has Apply CarPlay and it has to plug in for me to use it for music and navigation and such, but it’s great to just use to hold my phone available, but not floating around trying to remember where I tucked it or where it ran off to while I’m driving. Qi2, so it’s fast and reliable to charge. Overall, this is a good buy.

Arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Comprehensive instructions, albeit, the parts are self-explanatory, so, the instructions are not really necessary. I used the car vent option and the clamp as well as the magnet are sufficiently strong to reliably hold my iPhone 14 Max Pro in place even during the off-road run. Takes about 30 seconds to install. A caveat - this fits my Toyota 4Runner vent, it may not be usable with some other vent configurations. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to perhaps produce a line of clamps that fit different vent configurations and provide a buyer with a choice of the package based on the particular vehicle make, model and year. Charging time is good. Have used it for over a month and the experience is steady. The fact that unlike some other devices that are hardwired, this one plugs in over C-USB port, so, if the cable goes bad, as often happens with chargers, you can replace the cable and continue using the device. One thing that needs to be understood. ALL magnetic chargers and holders, no matter how strong the magnets are won’t reliably hold if you are using a thick phone case. I would suggest investing a few dollars into a MagSafe compatible case for your mobile device that has the inbuilt magnetizable ring. Otherwise, you’d need to take your phone out of the case for a reliable hold and that’s, obviously not desirable. Another UX suggestion to the manufacturer. Instead of the blue LED on the side of the charger, in the future product development, use that LED to highlight the logo in the center and the magnetic ring - that would look really cool and make it intuitive for the users to dock their mobile device.

Works well for Pixel 10. Using the vent mount and the only thing I find is a slight motion/vibration. Vent holder is strong and the support mount holds it in place. Value for the money and works great with Pixel 10.

Ruined the internal hardware of my phone twice. I like holders that charge when you put them in a holder and I was using the mechanical ones that are motion activated and pinch the phone and hold onto it when you set it in the cradle. I purchased a phone case for my new iPhone16 pro that had the capability of charging through the case so then I purchased this magnetic cell phone holder and the first time I used it on a 2 day road trip, I was listening to music and flipping through maps for my location the whole time and It acted like it was charging but the power just kept dwindling and I simply thought I was just using more outgoing power than the charger could keep up with. It was down to one percent that first night and so I tried to plug it into the cigarette ladder and just into the bottom of the phone, but for some reason, it would not take off charging that way either. So I thought my phone just went bad so I spent two days and six hours going to the Apple Store to get internal parts replaced because it would not sense properly on the back charger anymore. thankfully, it was under warranty. The very next time I tried to use this charger again It did the same thing and acted like it was charging but wouldn’t and this time I didnt even use the phone for anything, I was simply trying to charge the phone from a 50% battery-and it ruined my phone again and now I realize the phone was not just glitching out, but the charger was actually destroying the internal components..

Works very well and charges my phone while on the move. Very happy with it.

今までQi充電のものを使用していましたが、Qi2になって充電速度が速くなりました。 付属品では、エアコン吹き出し口のルーバーが死ぬので台座は別の製品を使用しています。 磁力も十分でスマホが落ちる事はありません。 充電速度は速くなりますが、給電側も高出力のものが必要なので、そこについては注意が必要かと思います。
