This machine is powerful and awesome. I had used one at a friends home for a few months before I pulled the trigger and bought my own and although I was skeptical when first seeing these I can honestly say they work. I don’t have the joint pains as much as I was previously. I can see the cellulite in my legs is going away. I’m 58 years old and this is a great machine for my needs. My husband uses it as well and says he feels like he has more energy.

I love it! I started off with just 5 minutes, but now I am at 15 and I enjoy doing it daily. My grandkids love it. They use it each time they come to my house. I am 70 and do not get around much so this is helping keep my blood flowing and my muscles working. Oh yes and helping me with my balance, everything an old person needs as this age.It is a sturdy product and simple to use. I feel great when I get off. I use the pre programed setting and it makes my workout so easy. I have hip issues and was hoping that it would not upset it, and it has helped.

I've been using this vibration plate for about 2 months. I got it to keep my lymphatic system open & flowing. I started off at a slower speed for a shorter time & worked myself up to the complete 15 minutes. It has been great!! I would recommend this product because it's lower impact. The price was great! It is light weight & can be relocated easily.

I really love most aspects about this machine. It’s compact, sturdy, easy to navigate the remote control, the suction on the bottom stays in place while in use. The only issue is in the compact aspect, you have to have small size feet and I’m a foot size 9 and barely fit my entire foot on it, I wouldn’t be able to use this with shoes on because my foot length would exceed the foot space. I have the rose gold one and it’s really handsome and space saving. I have neuropathy issues, back pain and lymphatic issues in my knees so hoping this will help. Also it does cause your legs to itch after you walk off of it…itching goes away but it’s strange at first to experience all the itching coming off…maybe that means it’s doing its job:)

Great item. I had a pain in my knee as I have to descend stairs and go upstairs and I also had a pain in my right hip. Right hip pain is gone the knee is doing great every once in awhile going down I'm careful with that knee I don't know why but this machine is great I attribute my well-being to this machine I get on it every day for 15 minutes haven't looked at all the exercises yet cuz I've been busy I'm 81 and go to work so great great machine. I used it before my breakfast. As I'm watching the news catching up with what happened overnight..

Amazing little machine. Fifteen minutes of sitting on it and my hip and sciatica pain is gone. Standing on it is helping my balance and edema. Had it for just a few weeks now but don't think I could live without it already.

I was looking for something to help with bone density so I purchased the Life Pro Vibration Plate. I've only used a few times but can definitely feel the workout in my body. I use it while watching a YouTube video. Best decision I've ever made! Love this vibration plate.

The media could not be loaded. Last UPDATE: I ended up ordering a different one with a flat bottom. My feet couldn't stand those "Acupressure Nodes" any longer. I gave this one to one of my kids! With the many feet problems I have, (neuropathy, taylor's bunions and Plantar fasciitis) My feet are way too sensitive to stand on those without being in pain! But I will say, the cord on my new one is just as short! I wish they would have longer cords for them!UPDATE: I moved it to a different room where the cord works out better for me, so that is no longer a huge issue for me, now I found another issue, that is, the plate that you stand on has raised bumps on it, making it very uncomfortable to stand on in socks or barefoot, which I prefer over wearing shoes. I did learn that those raised bumps are Acupressure Nodes and are supposed to be beneficial, however, I still don't like the way they feel under my bare feet or even with socks on! Next time I will probably opt for one that is flat!I would've loved to have given this five stars, I like it enough that I bought a second one for my daughter, the flaw is that the cord is extremely short, I can't stand in the middle of my room to watch TV and use this at the same time. The cord is maybe 3 feet long if I had to guess I didn't measure it. Also, I wish they would've put the cord behind it instead of in front of it then I could've easily turned it around in the spot that I have it to watch the TV. I wanted to keep it in my family room so that my husband can use it at night after work, this will never work in the middle of a room because of how short the cord is, I'm going to have to get an extension cord for it.The remote works well, I did try it on all speeds and it goes extremely fast, which I know you are not supposed to start on that speed, so I'm still at level one for 15 minutes. But my legs did start to get itchy after 15 minutes which Means that my circulation is moving I'm assuming.After all of the benefits that I've read from vibration plates, I'm definitely going to keep using this.I was also a little thrown off at why there are so many different prices on these, depending on the color, that doesn't really make sense to me unless it costs more to make certain colors 🤷🏼‍♀️Either way, I like this machine, it feels very solid and well built, and I will definitely keep using it, I do recommend it, but be aware of the short cord.
