This brand of Jerk Sauce is one of my favorites… it’s a molasses base with a kick of spice. I love to marinate salmon, fresh tuna or tilapia in it before baking. Also, yummy for dipping chicken nuggets.

To be honest, no idea if true jam-may-kan flavor. I do know I am picky on my sauce flavors, and this is excellent. Will be wonderful to marinate chicken in.
