I bought a Large and it is 28 1/2 " from the shoulder seam to the bottom seam in the front. I hope this helps. I bought one size larger because I want to wear a light jacket under it. Good luck.

NO, FYI, I returned 2 different vest. They are cut very narrow. Not a great fit for full figure women.
