Light and comfy How would one know where the pressure point is located on the wrist? One metal peg is easy to insert. The 2 other plastic pegs are impossible to insert in the holes Sadly, a bad design altogether. I would not recommend it.

I love this, bought a second one as well. I had tried the normal sea bands but didn't want to wear those on a cruise I had planned just because I didn't think they would be comfortable wet. The silicone ones were the answer! They are a little more difficult to get placed correctly just because they don't rotate easily on my wrist so it takes me an extra adjustment or two to get them perfect, but after that I can keep them on all day. I also have pretty small wrists so I definitely had to trim the excess so it didn't overlap too much

When on 5 day boat cruise and last time I was ill but this time what a difference it make , did not feel motion sickness at all , it's a nice fit as a.man with big wrist , you don't notice you have it on as comfort on thr wraist , even after 5 days of getting off holiday I forgot I still had it on lol

Works well and no side effects from any medications. Helpful on a cruise and when you are stuck riding in a backseat and get motion sickness.
