Having a child with celiac can be a heartbreaking experience. Anyone who has experience with this condition knows how difficult it is to find good, palatable desserts of any kind, especially for a child. I have yet to have a bad experience with any King Arthur gluten free product and this brownie mix doesn't disappoint! Absolutely the best brownie mix hands down... Gluten or gluten free! If you like decadent, chewy, chocolaty brownies, these are for you!

These are so delicious! No suspects they're gluten free. Super rich taste, and slightly fudgy if you reduce the bake time by a minute or two. I throw in a handful of semisweet choc chips for total decadence.

Easy to make, quality ingredients. Gluten free baked goods can be tricky. This mix has great flavor, but tends to crumble and fall apart (like many gf baked goods). Enough mix for one 8x8” pan.

These are the best gluten-free Brownies on the market. They are very fudgy and rich with no funny aftertaste or weird texture like many gluten-free mixes have. I only wish that they worked with an egg substitute so they could be used for people on a vegan or egg allergy diet. But as long as you can have eggs, they are great! It's worth noting that this is the only King Arthur gluten-free mix that does not contain xanthan gum. I wish they would get away from using that garbage in other mixes, because it is a GI irritant for many people. I've tried commenting and reviewing that on their website but they censor it.

Delicious! I honestly could barely taste the difference between these and non gluten free.
