Replacement for previous item which was marvellous. Reassurance while travelling without having to worry about accidently using up the battery by constant pressure on the 'on' button. I haven't come across the tape measure recoil as a power source before but looks straightforward and hopefully it will last as long as my previous one which had to be shaken vigorously to charge. Accuracy pretty good although I always find Gatwick seems to weigh a bit heavier (<500g difference at 22kg) so leave a bit of wiggle room.
