I bought this to make Mango Lassies. Recipe calls for a pinch. I added a whole little container. Don't do that. Cute little containers.

I bought this when my other powdered saffron became unavailable. I prefer powdered saffron to regular because the powdered kind dissolves easier and is pre portioned. I don't want to accidentally pour $50 of spices into a rice dish! The last brand I bought, I really liked! But this one I like more. The last one didn't dissolve as nicely. I had to mush the clumps with my fingers. I thought that's just how powdered saffron was. This brand is perfect! It comes right out of the little cup things and dissolves easily in water! It's just the right amount, dissolves perfectly, and perfect flavor! I'll be getting this again! The only thing I wish they did differently? I wish they packaged the little cups in a bag instead of a hard not-recyclable plastic box things.

I wanted to try this new product from this brand which I have supported before and I ordered 2 of them. I really like it as I'm happy with the flavor and color. The product is as it's described and really easy to use. I like saffron flavor in my tea, but I also add it to my breakfast eggs and chicken. I liked the idea of using it in my protein shake which I never did before, but I will need to see higher size options with a more affordable price per unit for that. At all, I recommend this product if you like saffron or want to give it a try.

I am a long time user of saffron. However I am using Zaffrus Saffron powder for the first time, it easily melts in the milk, a healthy substitute of red food colour and the smell is original saffron. The containers are very small, which initially was disappointing, however while cooking I realized that a pinch of saffron was sufficient. I highly recommend it.

I used half of two capsules for chicken meals I made and still was enough dose of saffron. The quality is good. And for this price, with free shipping I didn’t know what to expect more!?!
