My 11 year old is totally into martial arts. He loves anything that is even sorta-ninja related. I wanted to find a Bo staff that wouldn't destroy my house while he practices with it, and I found it! This Bo staff is sturdy and is also surrounded with this high quality foam so when my son fumbles it as he's practicing a new move, it doesn't hurt the things (or people) around him! Because he can use it at home without worrying about breaking things, he had practiced a LOT and he has gotten really good very quickly and picked up a ton of confidence! With all its use, I wondered if the foam would start to wear, but no! It looks like it's brand new still! Mind blown! The quality of this piece is worth every penny and then some! My son is 5'1" and I got him the 5' staff.

Great bo staff! Arrived fast and well packed. Came with a very nice zipper case to protect it when not in use. No dents at all. Soft cushioned handle. My daughter liked it so much I bought a second one for my niece so they can use them together. We are going to have a lot of fun with these.
