I love white chocolate and to find it in a cappuccino was fantastic. My only problem was that my local store only sold the small can and a fairly steep price. I started to look around and found this huge 3 lb can on Amazon. I am so happy! This is really good and is great when added to hot coffee. It just brings out the flavor that much more. I like the fact that it tastes just as good when made from hot water as it does when made from coffee. It even works pretty well when iced, but I've found that you need to mix in it hot or warm water first. It doesn't quite mix completely in cold water. I just use a 1/4 cup of tap hot water to get the powder mixed, then add ice and cold water to the amount I've made. I just hope they don't stop making it!
