So I’m a 48 year old women that stays active playing adult softball going through menopause and was having a cart hard time figuring out why I was getting so so tired knowing I need vitamins but don’t want to take any that’s my body it’s not going to react to. But guess what I found this to give it a try and let me tell you after taking it 2 day with my breakfast and orange juice boy I feel great like my old self again. I’m alert I sleep good I have natural energy. I don’t have to take an evening nap to be able to function to make dinner I feel very good. I do batting practice. I found my energy back again. I highly recommend this vitamin for women around my age. It’s a big difference. I would highly recommend these vitamins.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I am loving these Women’s Multis. I just finished my first bottle and am ordering a second. Within just a few days, I noticed that my general overall mood and energy levels were SO much better. I’ve also noticed if I forget to take them, I can definitely feel the difference. I can also tell that I’m getting sufficient doses because my wee is very bright from the excess vitamins my body doesn’t need. They are a perfectly acceptable size to swallow, as is the taste. I’m very, very pleased with the quality and overall performance of these vitamins!

Only a few days into taking things so not much to say on the quality of the product but what I will note is the terrible flavor it has. The second I pop one of these multivitamins in my mouth I get a terrible taste and it somehow even lingers up to my sinuses and I can smell it. Working on adjusting to this. The pills are also rather large so if you are not used to or good at taking larger supplements this may not be for you.

Athletic type, clean eating senior (63) here. I've tried many different vitamins over the past 40 years. This multivitamin has everything I need and not a lot of expensive extras. It works for me... mental clarity, good energy, and overall feeling of physical strength and mental focus.... all I expect.

Once I was a sorry man, haggard, worried, and weak. But I chanced upon these vitamins (I pronounce that 'VIT-uh-mins', like I'm British. I'm not British, but it sounds like they might be more effective if I say it that way, so please read it as such in my review), and thought to myself, "Self, give them a try!" And I did.Now I'm taller, I can run nearly 30mph, I have the strength of seven men, my libido is Pan-like, and all my co-workers come to me for advice. I was given a promotion, won the lottery, even my teeth straightened up! I'm charismatic, the hit of any party, and I smell of rich mahogany and leather bound books.These are damn fine vitamins (remember, VIT-uh-mins). Well worth the $22 or whatever, I'd give it a go.Okay, fine! I'm essentially just the same guy, but I feel a bit better. It's good, noticeable. Oh, and I pee bright yellow about 45 minutes after I take one. I've been taking these for years, I do recommend them.

Absolutely eat first or you will have an internal burn, you may be OK but could cause reactions mine was hives short(45mins) but product works great with food.
