I have a large amount of birds. Sparrows, different species and colors. My feeders are always loaded with birds. I attribute that to good seed. I’ve tried different varieties but didn’t get as many birds. It’s easy to use. Good container. Sturdy. You’re done, just top the lid back on. The size is good. 22# is heavy enough.

Birds love this food! It also draws birds of all kinds.

Bucket is great for future refill of bagged seed.

The cover was difficult for me to remove got my grandsons help

Finally got the top off with a lot of prying and determination, I recommend prying it open with a screw driver. Seems to be high quality, just started feeding birds but I'm sure they'll love it. Please include instructions on opening lid with packaging.

Conceptually great. Actual use beyond awful. This item is so difficult to open, three different people (all fit and persistent) could not open this. I ended up using a carton knife to saw through the thick top of the lid, making a flap. Dumped the contents into a different bucket with a friendlier lid. Because of this difficulty, I will NEVER purchase this item again. I bought 2. Dreading the need to open the second one. Seriously - I strained my wrist trying to get this open. 3 of us tried. ALL of us work out. It's not like we were asking a child or someone who was very weak. We should have been able to open this.

This is great brand of bird seed and I love the nice container.
