Some of their ingredient manufacturing plants DO process whole grains which may find their way into the Jet Puffed Marshmallows, so they do not use a gluten free label. It says a serving is about 1/3 cup and approximately 9 servings. If you need 5 cups I would get two bags.

I bought mine to go with a air powered marshmallow gun, but did not pay $29.90!! I did pay too much, but not that much!
