Just to start, I am not good with words so forgive me if I make mistakes.... This is my first time ever putting a online comment. I never heard of Chlorella until I watched health related video... After hearing about Chlorella, I've read through different internet site to learn more about it.... What I read is that Chlorella can help with eczema, preventing cancer, stimulating the immune system increasing white blood cell counts, preventing cold, increase good bacteria in the intestine in order to improve digestion, etc... Since I love to eat seaweed in any type of form, I thought eating Chlorlla will not bother me. So I've decided to order one..... I love the texture and color of the Chlorella.. It is like flour but in dark green color. Eating raw Chlorella powder did not taste good so I decided add the power into smoothie. That worked out well. If you like to bake, you can add Chlorlla power into cookies, muffins, etc... Since I don't have any bad symptoms, I am not sure if my health is improving but I am hoping to prevent cold since winter is around the corner!

This product support my Regimen fir dealing with my hormonal concerns. It can be added to smoothies or just plain water.

I have been using Chlorella powder for 20 plus years. This powder was very bitter tasting. I never tasted such a bad chlorella powder. Not happy with is product. Maybe it was a bad batch.

Contrary to some reviews, the taste is not that bad. It won't make you gag. However, you will want to get rid of the taste by eating a piece of orange, grapefruit or apple afterwards. Another caution is to very carefully spoon the product out of the package over the sink. This very fine powder easily spills and can stain. Whether chlorella, in conjunction with cilantro or other herb, can actually remove heavy metals remains to be seen. But it does seem to have some purifying effect.

Received the product on time and well packaged. Though I have researched since then about chlorella and the processes of obtaining it for human use and decided to look for a different chlorella product. I did use my product in shakes but it smelled and tasted like lake water every time, despite the variation of recipes. I did expect it since I use spirulina as well, but the chlorella was gritty.

I add a serving of this to my Juicing smoothie a few times per week. It's pretty strong but not overpowering. It does make the drink take on a VERY dark, almost purple appearance. Don't be put off by that, just give this a try. Be careful when opening and scooping out the product as it can slightly stain your fingers. I got some on my finger and didn't notice until after I had transferred the powder to my shirt. Bad news: I had to go change before work - good news, the powder came out in the wash.
