My camera is a DSLR from 2008 I didn't think it would work but it did. I'm very happy with it

Started to release smoke while charging!

Tiny piece of kit which looks insubstantial but it is very inexpensive and, importantly, it does the required job.

The charger for the camera battery had been lost so this is perfect as a replacement. Compact and easy to use.

Disappointingly it didn't work. When I plugged the battery in, the light on the charger showed red. I returned many hours later expecting it have turned blue. Instead it was flashing alternatively red and blue. I tried the battery in the camcorder and it lasted about 5 seconds. I tried again. Same result. Could be the battery I suppose but since there is no indication anywhere of what alternatively flashing red and blue means, I'm unable to tell...

Good service and product

Worked fine the first two times and then the socket has disappeared into the unit so now doesn’t work. This happened without any unnecessary force. Based on that, can only say that the quality is poor.
