Stopped taking these for a bit thinking I’ll just use another vitamin. But these are made better than the store shelf brands. Got back on my subscription for these and my hair nails and rest has improved.

I bought these vitamins due to being in a place without fresh fruit and vegetables for the better part of a year and these were just what I needed. My gum tenderness went away in a couple of weeks (didn’t change toothbrushing/flossing routine) and the hair and nail support gave me peace of mind I didn’t have to take the brittleness on the chin. Amazing vitamins and well worth the cost if you are having difficulty with food availability. I may continue using even though I’m back in the states to make sure I’m not missing anything!
