what is it like $7? for this floss? at first i was like who’s gonna spend that much just for floss.. i saw this on tiktok and i bought it just to test the hype and i get it now bc it’s STRONG. it didn’t rip/shred in my tight spaces or anywhere else in my entire mouth which i usually struggle with using average floss. it’s sturdy and has a texture strong enough to actually grip onto debris and actually bring it down when u take it out unlike other floss that is too “slippery” to REALLY grab onto debris and food particles. i have gingivitis so the strength of this floss kinda hurt at first but thats bc my gums are weak so i had to be lighter with the pressure and it still grabbed onto debris which is amazing. it also has xylitol and eucalyptus which i heard is amazing for ur teeth and gums. anyway if ur looking for a floss that wont disappoint you definitely get this one!!

great at getting everything out! and with the expanding i truly feel like it cleans more from crevasses than just a regular old floss. it’s grossly satisfying to see the stuff you pull from your teeth against the black floss. my mouth instantly feels clean, especially with the mint eucalyptus taste. nice and fresh and natural tasting, very subtle but noticeable! i’ve found although its expanding, it’s not hard to get in between teeth that are close together. great product, will be buying again.

I build plaque VERY easily despite constantly rinsing my mouth and maintaining good dental habits. I used to use GLIDE FLOSS (I know I know....) because other wax floss would get stuck between my teeth since I have small chips in my fillings and I would LITERALLY need to cut it out. Using this floss for the first time was a god send. It was thick yet was able to glide between my teeth AND ACTUALLY TAKE OUT PLAQUE????? Every floss I've used prior to this just slides past the floss and only removes food. I spent most of my life just thinking that I had to brush hard to remove plaque but this floss changed the game. My teeth genuinely feel smooth and clean with JUST flossing, even BEFORE brushing my teeth and that says a lot. This was an affordable option for me to try expanding floss and now I won't be using any other floss. The black color and the texture are really satisfying to remove plaque with. You never know how much is on your teeth with regular floss!! I will be buying refills for this from now on :)

As someone with gum recession, flossing is just something I have to be obsessed with now, and I’ve tried sooo many types of floss! This is hands down the best floss I’ve ever used, it picks up so much plaque and it’s so satisfying to see it on the black strand! 😂 I also love how the floss itself is strong—it really stands up to all the tugging and wiggling without breaking or splitting. Some other brands of fibrous floss I’ve tried have stretchy threads, which sounds nice in theory but it’s actually really painful when you’re wiggling the floss down and it unexpectedly snaps down on your gums like a rubber band! I found this one extremely comfortable to use and easy to get in between my teeth. All in all this is a clear winner. Extremely happy with this purchase!

Excellent floss, but the dispenser is terrible. I love the floss itself. It seems to really clean between teeth very well. Getting it out of the dispenser has been a challenge. Unless this is fixed on my next purchase I will probably not purchase again.

This is my second time buying Burst floss. If you have tightly spaced teeth, I can't recommend it enough. I even bought extras to give away. Full five stars for best value and effectiveness. In comparison with other flosses, it doesn't feel "sharp" (like thin flosses) even if your gums are tender. Plastic tape flosses are gentle, but can leave food behind. It has the cleaning effectiveness and gentleness of Cocofloss at a much lower price. In terms of flossing motivation, a black floss will encourage you to continue flossing until all the food between your teeth is gone. I tend to get food trapped near my gums (not healthy), and sometimes I need to floss multiple passes to remove it all. Since the floss is black, I can actually see if any food bits were left behind. Also, this floss is gentle to the gums. If I'm consistent with my flossing, I never bleed. I don't really notice the flavor. It's an inoffensive light mint. Cocofloss has more tasty flavors... but I use toothpaste and sometimes mouthwash right after, so it works for me.

The best floss. The black color makes it much easier to see it working and to know when all plaque is removed. It is the perfect thickness and sticky plaque clings to it unlike traditional floss. I brushed and flossed twice a day before using this product and still had mild gingivitis. Then I switched to this floss and it drastically improved. No more bleeding gums, no more extra cleanings at the dentist which are expensive, and no more gingivitis! Must try!

I was very skeptical at first when I read it has Xylitol but after doing more research I was convinced. It's an artificial sugar that, when used, gets deposited in the gums. When bacteria eat it, it doesn't act like regular sugar. So the bacteria spends chemical energy to eat the Xylitol and doesn't get any energy in return, therefore this sugar doesn't feed the growth cycle of the bacteria. It's a near trick that I just love. It's also black which for me, with bad vision is super helpful for seeing if there's any gunk removed which indicates I need to go back in again. Been using them for months and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future

This dental floss is fantastic. Amazing. After years mostly happy with my old floss it was discontinued. There followed lots of wasted money trying all different brands of flosses. New ones are all plastic now and are often so thin and hard to grip around fingers to use easily. I read the reviews of this one and to say I am happy is an understatement. It is easy to use as it is not so thin as to be impossible to hold. It glides nicely between teeth and I have quite narrow gaps and it is still fine. No shredding or breaking at all so no wastage. Nice minty taste. It just feels like it is doing a good job. I just hope this one remains available indefinitely as I would go so far as to say it is the best floss I have ever used and I'm talking 50 years of flossing. Yes, I'm very happy.

Expanding floss! Great. My husband is super picky with floss and it’s tough to find expanding in store.

I recommend. Probably not the best floss I have ever used, but I will buy it again. It is thicker than others, so if you have tight spaces, you may struggle a bit. Hopefully, no nasty chemicals in its composition.
