A must for relaxation and pain relief.
This is amazing. It really works to relax me that I actually fall asleep. As for sweating 🥵 my word I come out dripping and so is the blanket.I’d highly recommend this just for the relaxation but I do get a lot of pain relief and sleep much better the days I use it. I have also lost weight but I can’t honestly say if it’s down to the blanket or not

Great blanket
Fantastic sauna blanket. Used for 30mins with foil wrap. Sweated a huge amount. Dried myself off with towel included and Was able to collect pool of sweat which nearly filled a whole glass.Very happy with my purchase.
