LOVE IT! Great visibility & comfy to wear
I got this for my 13yo daughter who is a competitive softball player and her league requires facemasks for infielders. She had one which she wore under duress & complained constantly about - couldn't see, was in her way, was uncomfortable, slipped down her brow, etc. We saw this one at Dick's sporting & I immiedly saw it's unique design - the V-bars with no center cross bar and just overall lightness of the frame. She tried it on and loved it. The deal with the bar shaping is that there is no center cross bar to block her vision as her eyes narrow in on a ball into her glove. The mask also has an overall lighter feel with less bars but is still just as protective. She loves how comfortable the fit is - and yes - cool looking. She even wears it in the outfield. She has used it for 4 games now and I can tell she has more confidence when facing hard hit grounders at short and 3rd - keeps her head in and tracks the ball all the way to her glove. Im sure some of the confidence is in the masks function but also a bit is the cool factor - she feels good wearing it so plays with confidence. Also - it is about 40% cheaper on Amazon vs. Dicks. No money better spent on any of her gear to date.

I have a wide and big head, it fits great. Seems to be a quality product and is very comfortable.

Works great
Great fit and visibility for my 10 year old. However, I can’t find a visor for it. Has anyone been able to find one that fits?

Excellent visibility!
I use this for Slowpitch softball pitching and I’ve tried other brands and what stands out about this one is the visibility is MUCH better than others. Very comfortable to wear.

Didn't work for our softball player
Daughter has been playing softball for years. We purchased this mask as it claims higher/increased visibility. Our daughter thought the opposite and returned to wearing her old one. Might be great for some, but didn't work for her.

Good facemask
I purchased this for my teenage daughter who is not a fan of wearing a face mask. This is finally a mask that she says doesn’t impede her vision. The adult size was too big for her face but the junior version works well. Her only complain the the strap on top of her head but we were able to use her old strap and now she loves it. Would definitely buy again.
