You can stop searching now, this is the best thermal paste for your PC
I was very skeptical at first of this new "PTM" stuff I kept hearing about, so I decided to pick this up to try it with my new PC that's having thermal issues (it's my first Mini ITX build). I removed all the paste from my CPU and placed the PTM on it, remembering to remove the film from both sides, and tightened the cooler down on it. I could tell the difference IMMEDIATELY. My computer booted and dropped me to my desktop without me even realizing it because the fans never kicked up like they nomrally do. I ran a CPU stress test on my Ryzen 9 7940HX and where I was normally bouncing off my processor's TjMax within 5 minutes, I was now about 10 degrees (centigrade) below it after 20 minutes!Amazed at the improvement, I removed my GPU and swapped the paste for the remainder of the PTM - Another brilliant decision, because now my GPU won't even cross the 70 degrees centigrade mark even under full load! In an ITX build!I'd give this 10 stars if I could. It doesn't make a mess, there's no need to spread it around, it performs on-par or better than liquid metal, and your thermals will actually IMPROVE over time. I see absolutely no reason this shouldn't be used in any device you can repaste. In fact, I actually bought more and now all of my computers run this. If you're struggling to decide what paste to get, you can stop now and purchase this knowing it's exactly what you're looking for.

Best 10$ spent all year
Much cheaper than alternatives I’ve found online. Works amazingly well. Just remember to stick it in the freezer for 30 minutes to make the compound it easier to work with and pick up some tweezers for film removal. I dropped on average 10c and gained 40 foa from this upgrade. YMMV depending on hardware and conditions but this is the best $10 performance fix I’ve made all year

seems genuine
better performance than another "ptm7950" I tried. Lower temps and quieter laptop

Normal Thermal paste
Works like normal thermal paste, nothing special.

Great cooling, a little finicky of an application process
Great cooling and a mostly hassle free application with the exception of the film on both sides being a little tedious to get off well. After a bit of testing it's the only thing to reliably bring my GPU hotspot back to a normal range of 10-15C above the average that I've been able to find so far. One tip I did find that's worth mentioning is to run something demanding and do a quick shutdown after it gets heated up and loosen and re-tighten the main mounting screws which seems to improve the contact and improve the temps even further.

Extremely impressive thermal performance
The thermal conductivity is extremely impressive, I use these on all my electronics now. Running the AIDA64 stress test for 10 minutes, regular thermal paste averaged 72C on my CPU and 85C on my GPU, after replacing with PTM 7950 I averaged 53C on my CPU and 70C on my GPU. Idle temperatures were also very impressive averaging around 36C CPU and 40C GPU using PTM 7950. I didn't record idle thermal paste measurements prior to installation.Very pleased overall, just bear in mind that the protective film has to be removed very carefully during installation otherwise the compound will fragment. I recommend storing PTM in the fridge prior to installation to prevent sticking and tearing when removing the protective film as well.
