The Original Headrest for The Herman Miller Aeron Chair Headrest ONLY - Chair Not Included (H3 for Remastered, Graphite)

This is an incredible product. I recently had neck surgery and working without a head rest is very difficult. This makes all the difference! It will fit a few Herman Miller chairs, not just Aeron. With some slight ingenuity and modification. Matches the quality and design of Herman Miller’s amazing craftspeople.

Seems like a quality item. Got it today, install was simple. Seems pretty nice, not sure if it is up to the standard of the Aeron but feels quite nice. Only time will tell of it lasts. Had no issue with tightening everything and ensuring it doesn't more. Will update if i have any issues. So far haven't experienced any of the slips other mentioned. Comes with two clips that keep the rest in place and from moving up or down.

Build quality is okay and locking mechanisms just okay. It doesnt lock in as tight as I preferred even adjusting the tension screws and sometimes I like to press my head back to stretch my back. Perhaps I received a defective one. The headrest also seems to slide up and down not very smoothly. One side is tighter than the other and they arent tension adjustable (the two rails). Materials matches pretty well to the Graphite Herman Miller Aeron otherwise.

Anyone with this chair needs this headrest. Near perfect color matching and fits seamlessly on the chair. I recommend to anyone with a herman miller Aeron chair!

Ordered the Engineered Now headrest for a new Aeron chair that I have ordered as I preferred the cleaner more minimalist design. Quality of product is as described. I have seen some reviews online stating that the headrest can move down on the support arms freely, but Engineered Now have included stoppers as part of the packaging to correct this and It seems that they have also redesigned the vertical support bars from smooth to staggered to further reduce the ability of the headrest to freely move on the support arms. Just waiting on my new Aeron to arrive so I can try it for comfort and fir.

Go for something else, this thing pushed my head forward while using it, no matter the position. It needs to sit farther back than it was capable of going. Do not recommend, took 2 months for my neck to heal from it and I still have discomfort.

It's amazing, I wish it were under 100 dollars though. But anyway happy with the support

It is made of the same material as the Herman miller Aeron chair so match is good. Quality is average for the price as you have to tighten the tension on the head rest frequently for it to stay in one place.
