They give a warmth to the knee area and help with some of the pain . Price point good.

I suffer with knee pain so I purchased a few packs of Knee Pain Relief Patches. I must say that my knees whilst not cured they are far less painful. I did put the patches on and they were so comfortable I did not remove them before going to bed so next morning I removed the patches before showering and fitted new patches. After a few times the skin on my knees started to itch so don't leave them on for 24 hours at a time.

Did not seem to be effective, no reduction in discomfort

I bought these as the looked similar to a product I had previously bought which were good as it was a larger pack. I'm afraid these are useless, they disintegrated within a couple of hours leaving sticky green residue on my knee. I had also tried one on my shoulder but it fell off after an hour. /
