This is not investment gold. But its sure fun and you get good gold
I had so much fun panning this .I have bought the clunker bag twice ,the hoard twice, eureka bag and the training bag. My sister bought one for me for Christmas. It was so exciting to see actual nuggets in the pay dirt.then to see the gold tucked away in the pan. Every bag had gold . And its actually pretty gold. I have bought paydirt from other companies, and the gold was a burnished color like you get from California. . This gold is beautiful. Jewlery grade. And such pretty little nuggets. I wont be buying from the other companies. Some of that gold was true flour gold . So light ,you could not recover it. Its important to know, this is not for investment purposes. This is just for entertainment purposes only. Your not going to get rich ,but you will have fun .

Very little gold- poor paydirt
Very disappointed with the amount of gold and the poor quality of paydirt. The picture speaks for itself. Very tiny pieces and not many. I expected more gold for the money (70-80 percent return is not unreasonable . seller gets 20-30 percent profit !!). That way we have something to show for our 'hobby'. The pay dirt was white like powdered lime stone or shells with no black sand residue. Water milky, so i carefully pre washed before panning . I am requesting a complementary bag to retry. Can you send one. Please advise

Be sure to classify for best results
I am fairly new to panning, but I know enough to be efficient at it. I classified the clunker bag that I purchased and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of paydirt that fell through to the bottom two tiers, while sitting on tier 3, amongst some pebbles, lay the nicest nugget I’ve picked so far! The second to last tier had a couple good pickers as well after running it through the pan, as well as a decent amount of quartz rocks and other gems that I cannot identify. The final and smallest tier which contained the black sand, was fun to pan through and very good practice. There were 8 nice little places gold flakes and some flour gold. The dirt was not the dirtiest I have panned through, but if you have a small tub you will probably want to plan on changing it soon after, for clarity purposes. Will purchase again

Fun family activity
It’s a fun family activity. Kids loved to classify and pick out the gold. In this bag we were able to find fine gold. No pickers, or nuggets. I think it’s good for beginners but the value for what you get is minimal. There are multiple types of bags to choose from in which I would try out with the family again.

Lots of black magnetic sand... some gold
Just like regular dirt, you can't really tell what's in the bag until you start panning it. The bag was smaller than I expected, about the size a fist full of dirt and measured at a little over 200 grams. Panning it turned out to be fun and cathartic to me. I spent a while getting as much of the flecks out as I could fine and saw a whole lot of what I'll call micro specks. Tons of black sand that I found out was quite magnetic. I love magnetic substances so of course I had tons of fun with that as well. I won't call it magnetite, but that's probably what it is. All in all, I turned out with about 0.3 grams of gold flecks. I'm sure each bag is a gamble with how many flakes it has in it since you can't get to the flakes without dissolving most of the solids around the flakes. These won't make you rich, but you will have fun and get a return for your investment as well.

Read this before purchasing!!
Gold is roughly 40 dollars per gram. I bought 2 of these, in order to average out the gold per bag. I obviously didn't get one of the great lottery bags, together, I panned just under .5 gram. So that's about 20 bucks, top dollar price for this gold. Don't get me wrong, they did have 1 decent sized nugget in each, which represented probably 20 percent of the gold found in each pan. If you are getting into gold panning and want some practice, enjoy the thrill of the hunt, these are a great way to go. Or, you might save a few bucks and buy one of their cheaper bags, still find gold, and still have fun. At over a 60 dollar combined cost, with a 33% return on investment, I don't recommend that you purchase these if you enjoy the idea of coming even remotely close to breaking even. To make matters more complicated, this company does offer an incentive to rate them 5 stars, they will give you a small pay dirt bag with your next order. So read these 5 star reviews with a little skepticism. You have to come close to 1 gram each bag to break even, when you consider that this gold wouldn't be at the top dollar market value, since it's not been purified to 24 karat. I am not an expert gold miner or anything like that. I have purchased several different brands here, and direct from various web sites, and I have to say, this was one of the poorest return on investments I've seen so far. Bottom line, you'll have fun panning for gold, and this bag is no different that the rest, with the exception that it costs 10 bucks more than your average bag. You will get a decent sized small, but heavy nugget. Unless your win the "lottery", that is, you get a bag where they added extra gold, you don't come close to getting your money's worth of gold. They say, if you want to get your moneys worth, but a gold coin or whatever. Ask yourself, does a company with a great product, need to offer an incentive for users to give them great reviews, is it honest? If they can't be honest in one area, are they being honest in how much gold they actually add in each bag or that they even have "motherlode" bags?

Junk
Do not buy. Junk. I bought the nugget reserve clunker bag. I did not find any color. There weren’t even flakes. I have bought a lot of bags from different places and this was the worst one I’ve had. There is one that I do buy regularly. They guarantee so much gold in each bag plus more. I get color in every pain. I don’t know how they can say. They’re the best around, but they’re not. It says Rich gold paint dirt. Yeah right. All it is. It’s rich white dirt that turns the water into milk.
