Elite Instant Ground Coffee (100g)

I love the Elite brand so I figured I'd like this. It did not disappoint. It has a great aroma and tastes very light and smooth. There was no bitter aftertaste. I will get this again

Fantastic medium roast! And don't be fooled by the word "instant", as it is merely pulverized into powder form and put into your coffee maker as you would grounds. Came back from Israel and found this available. They serve this in the hotels there. A great wake up to a busy day.

Not instant!! This coffee needs to be brewed and is finely ground. Smells amazing and fresh, tried with pour over and it was intensely strong.

Best Turkish coffee

So, I've been really exploring more euro or middle eastern coffee's.I'm no "fan" of Starbucks or Peet's, Philz, or any of these overstated type flavor profiles. Quite honestly, if you buy the McCafe mcdonald's coffee, ground, premium roast, that is far better than most, if not all you can get in the US today (And I believe it's a Euro recipe, consisting of Jacob's Kronung, which I believe Kraft in Europe acquired).Many years ago I was in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and I was amazed at how good the coffee's were. Very smooth, rich, robust.I've also tried some Turkish coffee's as well, and those are very smooth. Mehmet I found to be the best, and I posted a review on how to make it in a french press (Due to the powdery grind, there is a method to make it versus the traditional way in the turkish coffee makers).This Elite Instant is a good coffee, no doubt, but it's a bit more of an acidic/resony type taste that I'm not used to. I can see how it would appeal to most that want a bit more (not too much) bite in their coffee.Because of that I rate it very good, it is a a high quality coffee just probably not a 100% my flavor profile.My personal favorite, today, is Dallmayr Prodomo or Tchibo milde formula (light blue package).

I haven't been able to find this brand anywhere else that is reasonably priced. Good quality for instant coffee. You might want to put into some kind of container as the package is not resealable.
