Let me start off this review with some important information. I am a mobile DJ and I'm highly technical. The first unit arrived defective (Screen was distorted), the 2nd unit came fine (besides bugs listed below).I'll start with the good: This is close to plug and play for a home user, thousands of videos, audio out and mics all good. It auto updates the music and software pretty frequently, more than I'd had expected. This is where the good of the system ends....This runs android 10 under the hood, which support ended on over a year ago.There is a way to change the App language to English, but it doesn't change the underlying system language to English, which means many of the prompts are inconsistent, some English, some Chinese. There is a way to change the system language, but it takes some hoops to jump through.If you block other languages music/artists, it doesn't actually hide the option from the users There are a lot of other little UI issues but there are some larger issues.Depending on the app version a perpetual reboot loop happens when outputting to an external screen. 1 version worked fine, every other version seems to force a reboot loop, making this less valuable if you want to output to in-room screens or projector, etc. The current version, as of writting this review, causes a system crash loop. Also outputting to HDMI forces a banner text that is not editable, you can add additional text to it, but can't remove their forced text, which is poorly translated English, and doesn't make sense.I could go on, but until/unless some of these major issues are addressed, I wouldn't go with Karaoke machine.

Sysetm works perfectly, no issues on mine, I play around with the setting, Once you know how, eyerything run fllowly, I have muted the standby music, adjust the Microphone volume ( both on system and mic it self ), tune Echo to what I want. find song also download song too. Original vocal can be mute to have my own vocal only. lower or up the tune. That is basically all your need to have a Karaoke and all are in a touch of the 21" screen. SUPER "AND this is the lowest price of it kind" I don't know if this Karaoke has longevity, but for the use of it and the price, I will strongly suggest it. ** I have bought a 12V/10A power supply at Amazon for this system so it can be run for a peace of mind.Please tune the MIC FREQUENCY TO THE FCC REGULATE BANDWITTH.

batter user interface, good microphones, good display

The quality of this is incredibly subpar. The unit as a whole is very cheaply as a whole. The first time my kids used it the screen stopped working properly. Would not recommend.
