I purchased this item due to working from home and I've has it for about a month and I must say I am very happy with it. I found a spot for it in my living-room and my other furniture is solid oak so it fits in very well and is big enough. It was easy to assemble and look fantastic. I use a non silicone non water based wood polish called Wood Silk and it looks amazing. the drawers go back deep almost to the depth of the desk so lots or room for storage. I use a comfortable dining table chair with the desk and wouldn't really recommend a height adjustable desk chair with desk to the draw but normal dining chair height is fine and I am 6'foot tall. I am very happy with this product and I believe it is well worth it especially considering the lower cost!

The good bits : Desk is solid. Looks great. Easy to assemble.The bad bit : I realised after receiving the desk and assembling it that for a grown adult, the large drawer makes the depth of the desk were you sit too deep. This means that I am not able to adjust my seating position to a level where it is comfortable for me to sit for long period while working at the computer screen. I would say that this is a fantastic dressing table, but just ok as a computer desk.

It’s a very nice desk but unfortunately the larger drawer does not fit properly so comes off the glider inside and gets stuck. You have to lift the drawer up and put it back in place for it to slide properly. This is the second desk we ordered as well! The first one had a dent on one of the corners and we had to send it back.

Was delivered with half of the desk missing.Currently awaiting collection for a refund.Waste of time!!

I also received half a desk! Could this be the previous reviewer's missing half?I have received my money back. The blame is entirely Amazons. I was lied to by the customer service team on many occasions
