Good pate, gluten free.
The media could not be loaded. I got these as another option without gluten for my gut health. They are an excellent value for the amount you get. They are a low carb and have high protein. Preparation is a little of an art. I would use a lot of water and I had to skim the top several times. They taste good. And they hold up very well for gluten free.

Delicious Banza Chickpea Pasta But Cook Al Dente!!!
Tried this gluten free Banza chickpea pasta twice last month. It was very good but you have to be careful to cook it al dente or it doesn't taste as delicious! I don't like my pasta overcooked! This was more expensive than regular gluten free pasta but was much healthier! So worth it!

Great quality spaghetti pasta - perfect for any dish!
I’ve been using this spaghetti pasta for a while now, and it’s always reliable. It cooks up to a perfect al dente texture without becoming mushy, and it doesn’t stick together like some other brands. The taste is neutral and works well with a variety of sauces. It’s also easy to store and has a good shelf life, which is a plus. However, I wish the packaging were resealable for easier storage. Overall, it’s a staple in my kitchen, and I’m satisfied with both the quality and the price. Highly recommend for pasta lovers.

Follow the directions
I have been eating a lot of the banza pastas and the spaghetti, you definitely want to make sure you follow the cook time and instructions. I under cooked it once and had bad texture spaghetti for a week. The next time I followed the instructions for my meal prep and it was excellent. Good for you carbs. Tates good. Helps me reach my goals.

The only chickpea pasta that cooks and tastes like regular pasta
I have tried a lot of gluten-free pastas, and this one seems to be the only one I've tried that actually tastes like pasta, with a similar consistency. Even though it's a bit pricier than other comparable gluten-free pastas, the high fiber and protein, and pasta-like consistency and flavor makes the cost worth it! Highly recommend

Recommend ordering in bulk
44 grams of protein a tiny box- I use 3 boxes at a time, then make a spicy peanut sauce ( Thai/Spicy Dan style) throw in some mixed veggies, two packs of Costco silken/soft tofu? restaurant quality instant gratis for days. Fill a good sized pot just over half way with salted water ( add a splash of oil to prevent any foaming) to a rolling boil, add Banza gf pasta, leave on high for maybe ten min ( tasting a strand periodically till good, then you can drain and rinse it with cold water if you’re going to put in ziplocks or something and be saving it? But I just transfer into the wok with tongs and keep cooking. Never less than excellent. If I knew a game show was going to have a lifetime supply of Banza GF pasta behind one of the doors? I’d start going on that game show ( in SoCal already)and maybe trying to slip the staff a couple of bucks to hook me up: somebody else can have the car, kitchen appliances and European vacation. I just want the Banza:)

It does taste like regular pasta!
This pasta tastes very, very close to regular pasta. However, I do reccomend that you cook it for the maximum time they recommend. The shortest time is really al dente! I mean on the verge of being mealy and under done. The longest time would be the best. I stopped in the middle and I would say that was a typical al dente. I like a softer noodle. The value is OK. It costs more than regular pasta and is similar in calores to regular past, but way more protein and it doesn't spike your blood sugar. This is a great choice for ketogenic and diabetic diets.

This is AMAZING!
It's worth every penny! The taste is a little different and the consistency too, a little harder than regular spaghetti. But, you can eat all you want, this is all protein and fiber. My kids loved it! You can prepare it however you want, so look for your favorite pasta recipe and prepare to eat healthy and delicious!!!
