These faucets work great and have never lost a solenoid
This faucet did not come with the mixer on the side. The photo is misleading. This faucet will need a mix valve purchased for about 10 dollars in the hard ware store. Or you can purchase the one mentioned below. You need to order the EAF-275 ISM this will allow you to install the faucet directly in the center hole with two lines, one for hot, one for cold. The lines have an internal screen that can be cleaned. The battery lasts for up to 10 years. Install two hole plugs in the other two holes and you won't have to buy the faucet adapter plate. We have used these on an industrial site and all are still going without having to replace the battery (8 years). The flow rate is low, but you can change the adapter if you want more flow. The entire idea is that you won't have to change batteries every three months or so... It works off lights in the restrooms... It charges the rechargeable ion battery. We have used the other styles that use batteries and have had to change batteries AA all the time.... The solenoids go out after 5-6 years. These faucets work great and have never lost a solenoid.

Product defective
Product was defective seller told to contact the factory bad experience for sure expended $700 on 1 faucet and get this response, item was installed yesterday and I contact the seller today To get this response, NOT GOOD SELLER PRACTICE

Won't shut off - thousands of gallons of wasted water
We have these installed at the school that I work at and twice this month it has failed to shut off and will not shut off. Since school maintenance is slow, the first time it ran for 5 days straight wasting thousands of gallons of water. It's just broken for the 2nd time this month, likely resulting in thousands more gallons of water. If you're intending on purchasing these for a facility, ensure that your maintenance response is impeccable or you will be like us.
