Value for money, energy levels up and ease of swallow

What I like most about this product is that the size makes it easy to swallow. It is of good quality and good value for money.

Since taking these, I've stopped getting up in the night to wee! It took a while before they started to work (over a month) but I swear by them now. I used to get up sometimes several times a night and saw a video claiming it was likely a B1 deficiency. They specifically recommended Benfotiamine. I obviously can't guarantee they work for everyone but I am grateful they work for me!

arrived fast while packaged. Easy to swallow. Can't say I noticed any benefits per se but I do prefer this over ttfd but I've purchased a b complex from the same company. Will continue to try that
