These are great! I debated quite a while whether I should buy carafes or one big coffee urn and I'm so glad I chose these two carafes. I used one for regular coffee and one for decaf. Because they hold the heat for so long, I was able to make the coffee a few hours ahead. Even without pre-heating the carafes with hot water, the coffee was still warm, not hot, the following morning. We're talking 15 hours later. I love that they swivel because it makes it easier for more than one person to get their beverage without having to move the entire carafe. I don't have to worry about someone accidentally leaving the spout lever open or any drips, as I might have had to do with a coffee urn and because they're smaller than a 40+ cup urn, I can store two easier than one urn, plus I don't have to carry any cords around if I decide to take them along to an event. The matte black finish doesn't show fingerprints, and the mouth is so wide I can actually put my entire hand in it to clean. Yes, I have small hands but getting a bottle brush in there would be easier too. Finally, the locking mechanism is a plus as we often have kids at our functions and it's nice to know it won't accidentally pour while transporting them. I may buy another one for hot chocolate or just hot water but since I have a water boiler I'll wait a while. Great gift idea. Overall, a very well-made product that works well and looks nice. It's worth the extra few bucks over some of the other models.

Strong, rotates and keeps the hot beverages very hot until the next day! A lot of capacity! I recommend!

Great pot. I used it for my bday. I had 30 people over and it worked great. Kept the coffee hot all day long.

Definitely keeps liquids warm for a long time. I sued this in the winter for hot chocolate. Cleaning is a bit of a mess if you don't realize there's product left. But overall this is a good item to have.

Great carafe! Holds temp forever. It's actually insane and seemingly impossible. The huge pump button is awesome and love the style overall over the old classic ones you find at the thrift store. Carry handle is the bees knees. The swivel base doesn't work for nothing lol. It just slides around if you try to spin it, unless you have it on a rubber mat or something... I don't care about that though really.

We bought these for our coffee business and I have to say these are definitely worth the money! The water stays piping hot for well over 24 hours and we’ve used them continuously for the last month with no issues. The water dispenses nicely and in large portions also. Super easy to use, good quality, and easy to clean.
