Upon contacting the seller about a product (a 320GB computer 3.5 inch drive) i ordered in error. He immediately offerred to change to an identical 2.5 inch laptop drive that i actually needed (which, as theyre smaller they are sually GB for GB more expensive than their 3.5 counterparts).He was courteous, helpful and thoroughly happy to please throughout.Not only did he changenthe otder he did so without charging a single penny. And then, to top it all off, the drive came the next morning extremely well packed and protected.I only wish I could give 10 stars as this particular eller deserves them. Top Notch!!!

fantastic, i am a complete ludite but with some help from a friend installed this no problem, compared with price of new pc or external harddrive this just makes so much sense

The drive I received was not new. It was wiped of any data but had clearly been used and the date of manufacture was a couple of years ago. However it worked fine and continues to do so a month later.
