Great for those of us who lose our keys a lot
If you're one of those people who have a tendency to lose your keys, which can lead to half an hour of ranting, franticly throwing sofa cushions around and nearly foaming at the mouth, and on the verge of a rampage this is the key organizer for you*.It uses Tile so you can use the app to play a sound so you can find them, but be aware it needs background refresh on to fully work, however I turned all the other app's background refresh that don't really need it. It's also handy if you lose your phone, since there's a button you can press on the device which will call your phone. It's a little bit small though. The device also has a little torch. The key smart can be a little bit difficult to put together, especially if you struggle with fine motor control, but it's worth it once you do. The little bottle opener is a nice touch.Just don't forget to charge it often or you may be back to the ranting crazy maniac you were when you couldn't find your keys.*not all key types though. :(

Size on the small size for larger keys
The product itself is good but it would have been better if the Casings was metal although flat small keys fit fine I have larger keys and could only put 2 in each side as my keys are chunkyHaving said that it would be ok for smaller keys a good product but not suitable fir my needs

A Good Idea that Promises a lot but Delivers Little
Wanted to store my domestic keys with my car key by attaching them to the key ring (by one end of the Can Opener!!!), that is integral to the device. I find it awkward to use eg. getting the correct key out of the holder is hit and miss and fiddly. It's integral LED (orange for charging/green for charged) & Bluetooth communication to your mobile's app is charged via a micro USB port. Problems?? 1) wouldn't charge for 2 days!!! then went green just as I was packing it up for return. 2) goes flat within 2 days. 3) Green LED (charged) immediately turns orange when you touch the unit while plugged in. 4) Much touted location facility 'Make it beep using your phone' is useless - you have to be on top of it to hear it. 5) Expensive for a flawed item.

Avoid, expensive non working novelty
I bought this to spice up something that looks rudimentary and non elegant - keys. I was drawn to this product as it looks sleek and has features that, though would likely be mostly unused, sound nice to have.I have initially purchased one of these and the packaging looked as though it had already been opened. There was tape residue on the rear and had me mildly concerned but that was an Amazon issue not a Keysmart issue. When I opened it, it looked like on the pictures: sleek, smart and cool. The first part that annoyed me was the fact that the body of it is made of plastic, and appears to be the type of plastic that could break if dropped or sat down on when kept in the rear pocket. All of the advertisement shows 'stainless hardware' but that refers exclusively to the screws that hold it together. The silver lining is that it could visually fool someone else looking at it into thinking that it was metal. The instructions advised to first put in the keys, and it took quite a while to get the right fit. I was aware of this before but it does take about 15 minutes to get your keys in and for them to look flush and stacked up evenly. I had 4 regular house keys and they just about fit with the bottle opener. I had later tried other lock keys and others to see if they would fit. Some would be able to hold on but would be too loose or tight and others were too thick. The keys themselves can have holes that are too big or small which also makes them not fit or wiggle around when screwed on. Even if you did manage to get them on, it takes up so much space that it seems unfeasible to use the Keysmart for those keys.Once on, the keys seemed sturdy enough. I can't report on how they would last in the long run but given the quality of the rest of the product I don't have high hopes. There are reports from multiple other reviews and people that over time they become loose and unable to screw them tight enough for them to not go all over the place.Once the keys were in, I plugged in the Keysmart as they had no charge whatsoever and waited... and waited... and waited. The Keysmart showed the orange light to indicate that it was charging but whether I kept it plugged in or not, the light or tile function didn't work. I double checked to internet to see how long they take to charge, and they stated 2 hours would give a full charge. I had waited 5 hours.Sensing that the item was faulty (perhaps due to the weird condition that the box was in) I chalked it up to Amazon giving me a previously returned product that just doesn't work and ordered a new one. This time, I tried the torch and tile feature and it didn't work so I plugged it in straight away. This time, it too didn't charge over 5 hours. I decided to leave it on charge overnight with the mild hope that it would have charged enough to work but alas, it did not.Given all of this, one must wonder why on earth this product costs so much. I had thought I would be paying a premium price for a premium product but instead it appears to be passing the same quality checks as wish.com products. I was tempted to get the rigged titanium and avoid the whole charging issue but refuse to give this company any of my money. They sell overpriced items with minimal quality control. I strongly suggest the reader of this review to assess other reviews and come to their own conclusions but I advise them that this ordeal is nothing but a waste of time.TL;DR - The product is plastic, the setup is long, the battery doesn't charge, it isn't an exception and the quality is abysmal.0/10

Not worth the extra for smart version
Great concept and a good way of keeping the keys tidy. But the flashlight is poor and not of much use (gone back to my little nitecore instead) the battery is not very good and needs charging every 10 days and using the tile app to find the keys usually results in a message that your phone cannot conmect to them unpess your are very close by. Would recommend the cheaper non smart versions but the extra price for the smart version isnt worth it.
