Perfect gor building a sound booth for Voice Over Work. Obviously they do not block all external sound BUT they do provide a perfect echo free dry sound for recording studio quality!

Used as a sound curtain around a teen aged boys gaming setup and makes a noticeable difference in noise ce from that area. Not 100 % but better than without

This acts as a high pitch sound muffler - think of it like a treble control more than volume. So it takes the edge off acoustic guitars and tambourines, but doesn't prevent mid and bass tones at all - also doubles as thermal/blackout curtains if your rail can take the weight :)

I used these for my home studio setup and the sound quality vastly improved, my only thing is i wish they were shorter or the hooks were moveable as they currently bunch up around the floor. It is a bit of a tripping hazard but eh the sound is good im not too fussed

Got these for my partner as he is a narrator and used 2 of these to make a sound booth. Its been great for his work as it gets rid of unwanted echoes and background noise. The ties and loops make it easy to attach to the poles we used to create the booth. Warning that you need a sturdy structure as they are very heavy blankets. For what they do the cost is good for a budget option if you don’t have a whole room to convert.

The hook is only on the short side and not on the long side. It doesn't fully cover the space I want because of this

I needed something to be able to reduce the echo in a room for a corporate style interview. This did the job really well. I have a backdrop frame already so hung it from that and secured it with clamps I already had too. Its quite heavy so if you have a cheaper frame it may be too much for it. Similarly if you don’t have decent clips/clamps it might pull itself down. A couple of the eyelets had fallen out as I unpacked it so I wasn’t impressed with the build quality but for the price I paid and the fact I didn’t expect to use the eyelets I didn’t care but others could. In a large room, I put the subject in one corner behind this sheet and I could only just hear them once I had my headphones on. Once they were talking I could hear clearly through the cans but without the usual lag you get when recording. Very pleased, apart from the build quality

Ne ho comprate quasi una decina per trattare le pareti di una cantina convertita a sala di svago ed incisioni. Gli occhielli sono delicati, per cui non strattonateli troppo appendendole. Le proprietà acustiche sono più che decenti. Alle frequenze medio-alte da un buon taglio. Non isola, ma assorbe parecchio.

I’m in a temporary studio setup for a few months and the space is basically all hard surfaces. Concrete floors, framed walls, no drywall yet, just the bones of a basement remodel. Sound was bouncing everywhere. I picked this up to add some soft surfaces and it made a noticeable difference right away. The size is huge and perfect thickness and that’s honestly one of the best parts. It covers a lot of space, which is exactly what I needed. I hung it behind my green screen and even took the green screen down so I could see and hear how the blanket was working on its own. It definitely reduced echo and helped tame reflections in the room. The material feels durable and well made. The stitching is solid, no weird chemical smell at all, and the edges feel like they’ll hold up to being moved and rehung. The grommets make it easy to hang and adjust without fighting with it. This isn’t magic soundproofing and it’s not meant to be, but as a temporary fix it works really well. I’m actually ordering another one to put in front of me so I can kind of encapsulate my podcast setup and limit sound bouncing off every hard surface around me. If you’re in a temporary space, a basement, or a room that hasn’t been fully treated yet, this is a really effective and flexible solution. It did exactly what I needed it to do. So for such a big area it covers it’s a great value for the money.
