GARBAGE. Please save your money!!
Used 2-3 times and no longer will power on. Just garbage. Wasted money. Could be great- great idea. But unfortunately this company seems to have knowingly sold a defective device and Amazon should stop allowing other people to purchase this.

Practice is the key…
Overall, I recommend this product. It made gyozas…but it look a little practice. It is easy to set up. The small size fits the standard small round skins available in oriental stores. The key for repeatability is to ensure you wet the edges before filling. If you do this, you will likely get sealed dumplings…. Second, Figure out how to get the exact amount of filling or it won’t work…and distribute the filling across the little pocket. Almost all of the issues encountered were not letting the dough get soft and sticky enough, and second, too much filling will reject pushing it through. My granddaughter had fun using this….and she heartily ate over a dozen of them for dinner….and she doesn’t like anything…

Guess I'm ordering Chinese takeout tonight.....
I charged it overnight so I could make dumplings this afternoon.Inserted the rollers and turned it on. It made a mild grrrrr noise, turned about 1/16th of an inch, and then grrrrr for about 3 mins, but doesn't move. Out of 5 tries I was able to get it to swap from large to small size, but only once. Never was able to get it to rotate and seal a dumpling. It just sits there grrrrring at me for 3-4 mins and then it back rolls the 1/16th of an inch and stops. We've tried moving the rollers by hand as well, and they don't want to turn that way. Tried swiping the rollers front/back. Nope, Nada, Zilch.100% useless.
