Excellent home gym exercise tool for Pilates!
Item arrived quickly and product has exceeded my expectations! Works great with Stott Pilates Edge workouts or any other mat sequence routines! Very useful to have support for back and spine! Leg and ab exercises are great with this modification to elevate your body. Floor work is not drudgery or difficult now with this inclined mat! The best fitness product that I've purchased in a long while. Love the pink/black combo for this older adult female! Thank you so much!

Poseidon was better quality than I thought it would be it reminds me of when you’re at the gymnastics gym. It was perfect for my six-year-old daughter for Christmas last year.. She uses it all the time and it has no tears or imperfections or scratching or anything. You can have it open to where you can do like back walkovers down it or like some salt where it’s at an angle or it folds together and it’s like a jump up jump down box
