Helps with fast location of my leading foot for clipping in
Note: This is a single cleat solution - you only get one "shoe" worth.First up: I read a tip a long while ago to use shims/ spacers to assist with clipping in on your leading foot. For me, I always push off with my right foot, and adding a shim has always been a great solution. These spacers are great quality, and come with longer bolts to replace the short ones which come with cleats. Easy to fit, they have a lobe to help with location, and the three adaptors together give 5mm of additional clearance when used all together. The price is more than I'd usually pay for sure, but I have the HOUSON Keo cleats, so thought best to keep on brand!Very good product, works as expected.

Nice quality Shimano SPD-SL spacers
Works with Shimano SPD-SL, probably also with LOOK/KEO. Designed for use on one shoe not two.Importantly this comes with 6 long bolts, 3 of 10mm and 3 of 13.5mm. Your current bolts are likely to be too short.Spacers provided are 1x1mm and 2x2mm, meaning you can make a space of anywhere between 1mm and 5mm on the one shoe. The are lightweight and seem quite strong/sturdy. they have a slight nobble which helps restrict movement when assembling. Once under compression and ready to use, these won't slip. If they do, you've haven't done the bolts tightly enough!I used these to correct a slight leg-length discrepancy.Various bike fitters and physios had told me to stretch and strengthen my body instead. After a couple of yearrs I gave up!Interestingly my power balance was previously noticeably off from 50:50 but is now 51:49. So I might experiment further but am mindful that one of my legs is stronger in any case (because of years of favouring the longer leg)
