I wanted to see the spiral patterns the last time I made a boule. It is beautiful! But now there is flour stuck in the banneton. I'm leaving it alone, have no idea how I would clean it. I figure the bread is baking at 500 degrees, so no bacteria are going to survive.

Just what I expected. The quality seems good. I washed the liner in the washing machine and let it air dry - there didn't seem to be any shrinkage.

Love this loaf basket. I like using the basket alone and not with the liner. When I used the liner it seemed to stick to the dough way more than the basket alone (floured).

If you're serious about baking your own artisan style bread, the Banneton is a must have. They come in assorted shapes and sizes, and not so very expensive, either.

Works for a one pound loaf perfectly. Be sure to follow,directions and flour the linen liner! Released the dough with no problem.
