The two main complaints about this powerbank in other reviews are that it takes ages to charge and the capacity is less than expected but I think some of those complaints are possibly due to a couple of confusing aspects of the product. With these taken into account it functions as expected. Firstly, it doesn't come with its own power adapter, just a USB cable, so charging speed depends on what you plug it into. It can charge at 2.1 amps but most phone chargers only deliver 1 amp, and some USB ports only put out 0.5 amps, so using one of those will take 2-4 times as long as necessary. If you plug it into something that can deliver 2.1 amps (it's usually written in tiny letters on the plug), such as an iPad charger, it will charge quicker. The colours are confusing. When you first plug it in the indicator flashes red. After a while it will change to flashing green. So it's charged then? Nope, that just means it's passed 25%. After a while longer it will flash blue but it's still only 50%+ charged. The final colour is white, but once it switches to flashing white it's still not fully charged, that just means 75%+. It's only at 100% once it stops flashing. Once fully charged this powerbank works well, and is good for charging phones and other devices multiple times.

Easy to use. Quick charge and lasts for multiple charges. Excellent to use while travelling. Only downside is it is heavier than I was expecting.

This is the best power bank I've ever had and I've had a few 😉its powerful and has plenty of charge for phones,tablets, and e cigs, all at once. Brilliant I love it 5 stars 😂

Was initially happy with the powerpack, worked well and held lots of charge but after only 2.5 months of having it it the pack itself has stopped charging so makes it useless. Pack itself has probably only been used a handful of times as only used when in frequently in emergencies. Dont recommend.
