Independence
These adapters have given me independence. I'm a quad amputee due to meds used to treat septic shock. My hands were amputated at the wrists. The adapters fit my comb, toothbrush, pen, etc. I fit the adapter just below my wrist.

I bought this for my husband because he can't make a fist anymore
He has to use 2 hands to move the electric toothbrush. I'm sure it's a wonderfuldevice but my husband is a cork head and won't try it. You can lead a horse to waterbut you can't make it drink

Keeps the stylus in my hand over chemotherapy cold mitts
I'm going through chemotherapy and using cold mitts to combat peripheral neuropathy. They're very hard to hold things with, and I like to use my phone during my 3 hour infusion. This lets me strap a pencil-length stylus to the glove and use it without worrying about dropping it or losing it. I'm using 6.5" (Aqua) but could use a slightly longer size if one existed, since the mitts are very bulky and the combination of strap and stylus compresses the ice packs at that point. So I'm using this in combination with SuzziPad cold mitts, PICKSY Compact Sticky Picker-Upper to hold the phone, and The Friendly Swede pencil-length stylus to operate the screen. It works to unlock my phone and type slowly, and I can read ebooks at a normal pace.

Does not work for me!
I tried this out at a restaurant and I used one of them on a fork it just would NOT stay straight. Every time I tried to use my fork it would twist sideways and was too hard to stick it in my food to pick it up. The rubber it is made of is too flexible and made it hard to stick my food hard enough to penetrate the food with a fork. The holes on both ends of it that you slide on the handle of the fork or spoon is round and the handle WILL NOT stay straight. If the hole would have been made slotted it may have stayed straight and the food WOULD NOT FALL OFF the fork or spoon when you tried to pick the food up!

You will need help
Seemed like a great idea when I saw them, and maybe it is but if, like me, and your fingers are paralyzed then you will need some to stretch the loop ends over whatever you are trying to use this item with.

Arthritis tool
This product has been fantastic for someone with hand numbness due to arthritis. We put it on her toothbrush and hair brush and it allows her to be more independent with personal presentation and keeping stuff in her hands or on the counter instead of the bathroom floor. Still in use daily after 9 months and they look brand new

Poor Sizes
This item came on time, and I was hoping to use it with my hair dryer and electric toothbrush. I ordered the Large size, but these were anything but large. They did not fit my average-sized woman's hands, and the openings for the hair dryer or toothbrush were so small that they did not fit. I was disappointed and returned the item.
