Defective Item, Don't reply to emails
As shown in the photo the strap broke when using the item for the first time. These things happen but a failure to reply to emails, no telephone number on the website and links to social media accounts that don't exist suggest a suspicious outfit, I'm afraid.

Good idea, but quality could be better
Liked the idea but the quality could have been better. The zips didn't run smoothly, and the telescopic handle tended to stick. I'd expected better as this was quite a bit more expensive than "basic" models of this sort of case. I returned it and spent a bit more on another brand.
