I have terrible neck pain and issues. Sometimes the only thing that will help is the heating pad. The regular heating pads just dont sit on the neck/shoulder comfortably and doesnt seem to warm the right places. This lead me to looking for a specific neck heating pad, this one came up on my search. It had good reviews and seemed to be just what i needed. This thing is HEAVEN sent, it fits all the curves and creases of the neck and shoulders. The adjustable heat is great too. This also doubles as a heating pad for women with painful cramps. LOVE THIS THING!!!!

It's wonderful! Very soft. Only thing I would tell the mfger is to make adjustable snaps at the neck. It's too loose for a woman.

Mine was missing the button to connect it in the front but otherwise 100% as advertised! Used it for a sore neck and it was nice to be able to continue working in my chair without needing to hold a heating pad up!
