Certainly ups the volume immediately. Visibly. So, pretty effective….. But the hair feels as though one has shampooed & not washed out the shampoo! There is this distinct feel of residue. And the hair feels rough & like hay! Smell is pleasant. Value for money - just remember to not touch your hair after using it & I suppose one should wash it off asap.
