This was the 2nd carport I purchased from this company. After looking at other sites and finding similar ones at slightly lower costs, the reviews were not great. So, decided to buy this one again. Great choice. Not a dent or scratch on items. Everything carefully wrapped. NO missing parts. Easy instructions. Delivered within 10 days of ordering. No mistakes. I'd highly recommend this company and their product.

We bought this to use as a gazebo. We started about 2 pm on Fri and finished around 4 pm on Sat. Took 2 of us to build it except for one point for about 15 min we asked for help from our son. We built a deck to attach it took. It's beautiful. It's spacious. It was pretty easy to put together. We LOVE IT!

Positives:Seems to be quality material. Everything is fitting together nicely.Negatives:While putting it together, there are inserts missing where the bolts are screwed in (see pics). Just poor quality control. It put a halt on construction. Waiting to hear back from company on shipping replacement parts. Frustrating because I will have to take the lower frame apart to replace with the new post and cross member (assuming they will send replacements).

The roofing material is a little flimsy. The delivery company took four (4) times to deliver the item. Other than that, the instructions for assembly were good.

I love the look of this carport. It went up fairly quickly with two people. It seems to be sturdy and well built. I do recommend!Only thing I noticed is that the color stated said brown roof and black. Nothing is brown and I’m glad about that.

Like the ease of assembly . I took both of us working together to get the roof up. This was purchased for carport for my husband's new truck.

While the instructions for this could be better, I cannot speak highly enough of this pergola. It took us several days and extra hands to install. We just experienced a storm with 100 mph winds, and this pergola came out spotless. We love it!

I purchased two of these because the description stated that it withstands wind and snow.I don't know about snow but the slightest wind and the roof panels are air born causing damage not only to the panels but what ever they hit coming down specially the cars under it. I lost 70% of the roof panels with the slightest wind. Not a happy camper as they weren't the cheapest ones in the first place.I would expect amazon to back there products a little better than that.
