The ingredient list is solid and covers most of the basics plus a few extras like cranberry and CoQ10. I have not noticed any side effects and it seems to help fill the gaps in my diet.The only downside is having to take three tablets a day, which can feel like a lot if you already take other supplements. The tablets are also a little on the larger side but still manageable with food.Good option if you want a more complete multivitamin and do not mind the serving size.

I have tried different multivitamins over the years, but this is the one that I feel the most difference from taking. I feel I have more energy. I love the fact that they are soft and squishy, so although the capsules are on the large size, I find them easy to swallow. Great quality ingredients, too, with a number of ingredients specific for women.

These are like many other capsules. There is no smell. There is no taste. Yes, the recommendation is for four a day but I take only two. I need a nutritional supplement not a replacement because I do eat well just not enough. Iron upsets my stomach so I chose the one without iron which I am grateful is available. I plan to update the review in a couple of weeks. I wish all the reviews posted applied to the correct products. These are not gels.

I forgot to check serving size. Four capsules is the daily serving. So this is a one month supply. I like Now products - and trust the ingredients. Prefer 2 or 3 for serving size.

I’ve been using the NOW brand for years and usually trust their products, but this particular supplement completely lost my confidence.From the moment I opened the bottle, the smell was overwhelming—like chicken feed. I tried to push through, but for an entire week, I felt nauseous every time I took it. The aftertaste was so bad that even when I burped (with my mouth covered), my 5-year-old commented on the smell.I rarely leave reviews, especially on Amazon, but this experience was so unpleasant I felt the need to speak up. I’m now genuinely skeptical about what’s in this pill. It’s easily the grossest supplement I’ve ever taken—and I won’t be finishing the bottle.

They are tasteless and easy to take, the capsule is a good size, good product
