I've never used insoles before but thought I'd give these a try since I have flat feet and want to start taking better care of myself in that way -- pleased with this experience! The inserts are definitely effective, I appreciate the extra little bit of heat in these winter months. I see some other reviews that question the price point and can't really comment on that as I haven't had any comparison, but if the price is something you personally feel comfortable with, I say give these a try! They offer great comfort and support

I enjoy using these shoe sole inserts. The insert's design is relatively thin, ensuring it doesn't bulk up the shoe, yet it provides remarkable insulation. However, I found that while it does a great job at thermal protection, the comfort aspect could be slightly improved for extended wear. Installation is a breeze; it fits well into most shoe types without causing any discomfort. I had to cut it slightly to fit the shoe I wanted.

I have low blood pressure, so I'm always cold during this time of the year. I'm also on my feet a lot at work.These insoles are comfortable even for long periods because they are thin. This helps them avoid feeling bulky, as some insoles do.I got them mainly for the thermal feature and they make a difference. Heated socks no doubt provide more warmth, but with the added chore of using a battery packThis is enough for a boost of warmth and a bit more support.They are easy to trim to size and washable.

These are a game changer!! I have noticed a HUGE difference this winter having these in my boots! They are also very lightweight.

I am struggling to find the difference in feel and performance of these versus just a cheaper pair of foam insoles at my local store. They don't provide much support being so thin, and when it comes to temperature , they don't feel very different from any other foam insoles on the market. The weirdest thing of all is they don't fit my shoes right. I wear a size 12 XXwide, yet these insoles have a hard time fitting in WIDTH wise into my shoes, despite being sold as a 12-13 size. That of course can be solved by cutting it down, but it's a minor annoyance.

Ortholite sent me the wrong size twice. Why can't I get the correct size? I ordered a men's 11 and I got a women's 9. Please stop wasting my time.

These insoles work very well, especially at retaining heat. I put these insoles in my winter snow boots that I use to take care of my horses. The insoles are very firm, but lightweight. After a long day of working on my feet, it no longer hurts to change into my snow boots to do chores. We have had some extreme cold temperatures where we live, and my feet have yet to be too cold.An added bonus - I really like that they are machine washable so I don't have to worry about getting hay permanently stuck in them. I haven't yet washed them, so I can't speak to how well they keep form after, but I'm hopeful!
