I recently completed the installation of this Hiseeu 4K PoE PTZ Camera System. The installation took me some time as I routed and hide the ethernet cables all the way to the NVR. After the installation was complete, I plugged the system into power and nothing! A little troubleshooting revealed a bad power adaptor. I went online to Hiseeu's website and submitted a trouble ticket describing my trouble. This was done late at night on a Friday. Early the next morning (Saturday) I received an email apologizing for my trouble and stated that they would send a replacement power adaptor without charge. I received the power the next day (Sunday)! This solved my problem and the system works beyond expectations. I am still learning all the bells and whistles. The video quality is great both day and night.

I purchased the 6 - 5MP camera system with Pre-Installed 3TB HDD and NVR (Base Station) This comes with everything you need to set the system up including mounting hardware and cables. Plugged in a camera and turned it on to test and it immediately showed the camera on the TV and is always recording. Has a Phone App and Computer App. Phone app is available on the play store but the PC app required me to contact an email address where they replied with a download link. It is a little odd but this is how you are instructed to do so in the manual. They did get back to me in a timely manner with the link and clear instructions to get it setup. All 3 methods of controlling the cameras are pretty simple to use. You can setup motion notifications and exclusion zones, move the cameras around, watch playback (which is pretty responsive, even over the internet). One feature that I like is that is has Person and Automobile detection. This is then marked on they playback timeline so you can easily find when activity happened without having to scroll through if you didn't know what time you needed to look for. (This is a feature often only included in other manufacturers subscription services) 5MP Camera Picture quality is fine but not great. Enough to see clearly what is happening but not enough to get fine detail. I am able to read license plates of cars that pull up in my driveway but not of cars that are driving past. (My driveway is in the pics) Maybe the 4k cams would be worth it if you wanted better detail. Cameras also have 2-way audio which is clear enough to have a conservation through. For the price of what you are getting and not having to pay subscription this is a great value. It came with: NVR with 3TB HDD Installed (not sure brand or model HDD) 6 - 5MP Cameras with PTZ ( Pan, Tilt, Digital Zoom) with mounts and hardware. They mount with 4 small screws, the cameras are very light and can mount to anything. I have them mounted to my siding under the soffits and that is strong enough. Cameras have a RJ-45 cable, DC barrel connector, and reset button coming off of them. Only the POE RJ-45 is required. They also have a port on the bottom with a Micro-SD slot for local recording directly from the camera and a reset button. 3 - 64' & 3 - 100' Cat5e cables of a lower quality but work perfectly fine. 100' will reach all the way across most houses, I probably could have been fine with only 64' runs. A mouse to control the NVR directly when connected to the TV. An HDMI cable and 3ft Cat5e cable to connect to network. NVR connectivity includes: 8 - RJ-45 POE connections for cameras so 2 additional cameras could be added to this NVR than what was included. 1 - RJ-45 connection to connect to your network. This does not have WiFi. 1 - HDMI connection for TV. 2 - USB A ports for mouse and keyboard presumably.

it is not an easy install, on the add it says easy to install,, well the cameras are easy to do the physical install, but then to get them working is impossible for me,, I even had a pro com out , he finally got 2 working on my phone , but non of the features that were advertised, like watch a recording of an event, follow a person notify my for an event,, nothing, I just get to see what is happening now,, nothing else,, even the cheapest cameras sold do more with way less bother and these are not the cheapest.. Oh if you try to set up the recorder and some how loose the password,, you can't just push a reset button and return it to factory specs,, no you have to contact support and wait for an email a day or two.. I really wish I could return this worthless pile of crap,, but too much time has passed since I made the purchase, I was out of town at the time and took longer than expected to get back and try the install,, as far as the picture quality,, well you can not read a licence plate number from 50 feet away from the camera! or even recognize a face from that distance either, These are my 4th set of cameras that I have used in the last 20 years, so I am not a complete novice on security cameras,, but these are the worst I have ever tried,, and the documentation is jiberish ,, lots of very small print but no real how to do stuff in the 54 page book.. what a waist of time and money.
