Use this for recovery after my runs, the taste is amazing, it does have some extra stuff in it besides the normal aminos so be careful in using this extra long term, but taste is amazing and I do notice a good recovery, great company!

Been using EVL products for a very long time and like everything from vitamins to the BCAAs. I only use a half scoop when working out due to my preferred tastes. My kids love it to in their workout drink!
