I am an amateur cook and I love these pans. Have been using a set from a big name TLA (three letter acronym) for the past year and got tired of trying to keep them clean and nonstick.I bought a full set and am so happy with the ceramic coating and No Rivets in the pan, very easy to clean. Really like the fact that they are NOT made in China, rather a century old company based in Brazil.

My expensive Caraway pan surrendered it’s nonstickiness. I got this less expensive pan and got back into the nonstick world. It may surrender someday too, but I won’t get stuck with an expensive loss. 😊

Best fry pan ever. I bought 4 of them because I like them so much. My advice is don't use high heat and don't put it in the dishwasher and it will last a long time. It takes 10 seconds to wash it in the sink with a sponge and regular dish soap. I kid you not. I've seen these in restaurants so I know they are pro level. The aluminum is light but has some heft to it. The pan heats evenly. The non-stick surface is premium and as long as you use a plastic or rubber spatula it won't scratch or mark. Don't use a metal one. I like how the handle rivets don't intrude into the pan. Thats a wonderful improvement over the older models.

I've had no issues with this pan and have owned it since November of 2023. I only use low heat (2-3 1/2) and only use wooden, or silicone utensils when cooking on this pay. No metal spatulas or utensils. There's no warping, and the nonstick still works just like the day I bought it.

This is an amazing pan for the price. I would definitely buy again.
