Work GREAT

I had two different plumbing companies tell me I would not be able to put a bathroom in this garage addition due to the excavation costs. This toilet changed the game. My plumber knew how to install it and it was very easy to connect the shower, bathtub, and dual vanity sinks to it. FYI The vent is NOT optional. It says that it is, but it stinks if you do not install a proper vent through roof. Make sure your Plumber installs a vent. This toilet saved me thousands of dollars and I now have a very nice additional bathroom. Easy to hide behind the wall if you plan ahead. Other points…. it’s not that loud but you will hear a noise every time you turn the water on or flush the toilet. Best to use septic toilet paper to be safe.

This is a quality unit. The plumbing was so very easy and the water design makes the flush very strong. I am very happy with the toilet and its design. It’s also nice that the reservoir is efficient water use.

The pump on this unit is VERY quiet and efficient. Truly amazing as I have a different unit in another rental home and it is loud. The unit arrived in apparent decent condition according to the outside of the box. However, not visible to the eye, the inside of the bowl was cracked and leaking on the floor from the inside. Superflow was quick to respond, Yvette, and sent a replacement toilet base within a week. I am very pleased with that response and the performance, thus far, with the product. Nice job Superflo!

We installed this for our grandson and his girlfriend. This was a good option for Plumbing issues. Unfortunately, since then the pump on the macerating unit has failed. We had a professional install it and. when it backed up due to failure, we had a locally high-rated plumbing service troubleshoot it. That service confirmed proper installation and then diagnosed the problem to confirm the pump failure. The entire rise of this unit wasn't more than 2' (1/4 meter) and shouldn't have worked hard to dispose of the waste. Needless to say, we can't replace the pump component and are looking at another $400 to buy another macerating unit not counting the professional installation.

This is a nice tall toilet that is great for people who have a hard time getting up and down. Sleek and clean looking.
