Wire wool
This wire wool was really fine. I used it to clean grime from off of my guitar frets. The amount I received will last me forever. Thanks and Kind Regards! GeoffB

Small set of grade 2 steel wool, great for heavier jobs, quite expensive for such a small quantity
You’re getting a good bit of steel wool for the money with this product, it arrives jammed tightly into a plastic pouch with a resealable zip on top which works well for keeping the wool together. Each of the three rolls inside that outer pouch are individually wrapped with another clear plastic. As for how it works, I have no issues or complaints, it's a typical coarse or medium grade abrasive wool. It works as well as any other medium-coarse steel wool, and I have had great results using this to strip back a dirty & old folding table for refinishing. It can be used alongside solvents or strippers to make quick work of even thick layers of stain, varnish, and paint on a variety of surfaces. Like most steel wools, I'd recommend grabbing a pair of tougher gloves while using this stuff as it can cause a load of micro-cuts on bare hands which isn’t fun to deal with. £11.99 is on the pricier side compared to the brand I usually buy steel wool from, I tend to get the 1kg rolls of Liberon steel wool for around £15-20 which is far better value than this 200 gram Meccion package. In fact, you can currently grab the 250gram packages of the Liberon stuff for under 8 quid, so It's hard to recommend this one over the cheaper options which are from reputable and big name brands. So if you’re specifically after the best value, this isn’t the best option, but there isn’t anything wrong with the product itself.
